Delivery will be made within 1-3 working days if available.

We only ship insured DPD packages. The shipping costs for the respective items are displayed during the ordering process.

Please pay attention to the delivery times indicated in the article!

Delivery after receiving your payment can only happen immediately if all items in your order are in stock. If 1 item in your order is not in stock, a total delivery will be made according to the delivery time of this item! Therefore, please pay attention to the stated delivery times when scheduling your installation!

Ordering several articles

If you order several items and have them delivered together, it is possible to save on the shipping costs.

In this case, only the shipping costs of the most expensive item of the order will be charged.

If two or more items of this shipping type are ordered, the shipping costs will only be charged once.

Payment methods

The following payment methods are available in our shop:

Paypal

You pay the invoice amount via the online provider Paypal. You must be registered there or register first, legitimise yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.

Payment via credit card

Payment:

With us, you can pay conveniently and securely with your credit card. We accept credit cards from the providers MasterCard and Visa. Your credit card will be charged directly before your order is shipped.

Refund:

If you return one or more items, the corresponding value of the goods will be credited back to the credit card originally charged.

Security when paying by credit card:

Your credit card details are transmitted in encrypted form using SSL technology. This high security standard means that shopping with DPI GmbH via credit card is very safe.

When completing the order, the 3DS authentication is used (Verified by VISA, MasterCard Secure Code). The authentication guarantees the particularly secure processing of credit card transactions on the Internet using special encryption procedures.

You do not need any additional software for this. Both customers who are already registered and those who are not yet registered will be automatically redirected to their bank's page via the payment processing. To complete the order, please follow the steps indicated there.
